Unfortunately! If an item is missing, damaged or incorrect in your order?

You can request a refund or exchange within 24hours of your order delivered. It's our goal to deliver the right items on time and make your life easier. If there is an issue with an item, please tell us in the Trolley app.

Refunds will be made to the same source of payment used to make payment for the services.

Refund request after consuming the service depends entirely on our customer service review/feedback. If you are not satisfied with the service provided by the Trolley and looking for refund, you could avail refund based on your complaint and the review/feedback provided by customer service analyze. In this case, user has to contact us immediately on [email protected] Refund request received after 2 days will not be accepted. If case is true, amount will be refunded within 4 to 5 business days after refund request.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel the order in the Trolley app up to 10 minutes before order started processing.

If shopper has started shopping your order or in dispatch mode please contact us in the app or through email [email protected] to cancel the order on behalf of you.

No cancellation fees applicable to customers.
